Pain as your man thrusts could be a sign of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) ‑- an infection of the uterus, fallopian tubes and/or cervix often brought on by an untreated bacterial STD, such as chlamydia or gonorrhea. Because PID can result in infertility, clue your gyno in to this type of pain ASAP.

Uterine Fibroids
These benign tumors can occur in young women, and one that forms near the cervix may trigger aching during sex. Your gyno can shrink it with meds or remove it.
